Background
Representing the NA2 polymorphic form of neutrophil CD16b (FcγRIIIb), this recombinant ectodomain captures a GPI-anchored Fc receptor that shapes granulocyte activation and immune-complex clearance. Offered as a biotinylated protein from HEK 293 cells, it enables oriented capture for SPR, BLI and ELISA measurements of antibody Fc engagement and allotypic differences. The reagent is strictly non-therapeutic and for research use only, manufactured to in vivo grade with ultra-low endotoxin. Scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) production suits heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories that require large, reproducible quantities for Fc receptor binding and neutrophil biology research.
Other Names
Human Fc gamma RIIIb, CD16B, FCGR3B, FCGRIIIB, FCR3B, FCRIIIB, IGFR3B, IGFRIIIB
Specificity
The sequence of the extracellular domain of human CD16b (Gly 17-Ser 200) was fused with a C-terminal tag consisting of the AVI tag, TEV protease recognition sequence and a 10-His tag.
Formulation
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives or cryoprotectants have been added. To obtain a final concentration of 1 mg/ml reconstitute 0.25 mg vials with 0.25 ml water and 1.0 mg vials with 1.0 ml water.
Storage
Lyophilized proteins are stable at ambient temperature for at least 2 weeks. If the protein is not to be used immediately then the protein should be stored in lyophilized form at -20 °C for up 12 months. Once the protein has been reconstituted we recommen
Applications
SPR, BLI, ELISA
Use
