CD3 epsilon (CD3E) is an invariant component of the T-cell receptor complex and a foundational target in T-cell activation and immunotherapy research. This recombinant human IgG2 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of visilizumab directed against CD3E and is supplied for research use only (RUO). The low-endotoxin preparation is suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to T-cell stimulation and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, control applications, and preclinical models of T-cell engagement and immune modulation.
