Interleukin-5 is a cytokine that drives eosinophil growth, differentiation, and survival and is central to allergic and type-2 immune responses. Clone TRFK5 is a rat IgG1 monoclonal antibody recognising mouse and human IL-5, validated for neutralization, depletion, ELISA capture, ELISPOT, flow cytometry, CyTOF, paraffin IHC, functional assays, Western blotting, and in vivo studies. Anti-IL-5 TRFK5 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it provides reproducible performance for eosinophil and allergy research.

This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
