An inhibitory checkpoint receptor that limits T-cell effector function, PDCD1 (PD-1) is a key axis in cancer immunotherapy research. This recombinant antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of prolgolimab, expressed in CHO cells against human PDCD1 on a human IgG1 framework. Released for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. It is a reliable reagent for checkpoint-blockade functional assays, T-cell activation studies, ADCC investigations, and preclinical tumor-immunity models.
