CD39 (ENTPD1) is an ectonucleotidase that hydrolyses extracellular ATP to fuel adenosine-mediated immune suppression, a focus of immuno-oncology research. This recombinant anti-human CD39 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of the antibody IPH5201, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, ATPase-inhibition and adenosine-pathway studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour-microenvironment models, with the consistency required for extended immuno-oncology research.
