CD73 (NT5E) is an ectonucleotidase that generates immunosuppressive adenosine and is a heavily studied node in the tumour immune microenvironment. Our research-grade anti-human NT5E recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ansipastobart for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is suited to enzyme-activity and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC investigations, and in vivo immuno-oncology models, offering reproducible, lot-to-lot performance.
