Clone IB1 is a human IgG1 isotype-control antibody that supplies a matched negative reference for experiments using human IgG1 antibodies, with no biologically relevant target specificity. It is validated for flow cytometry and functional assays, where it helps define background, set gating boundaries, and provide a control arm. The antibody is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic reagent for research use only, it delivers reproducible, lot-consistent control performance.

This Human IgG1 isotype control recombinant antibody has been tested against selected species' cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity. Furthermore, this low endotoxin Human IgG1 antibody is suitable for in vivo applications and each lot is IMPACT I certified.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.

This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
