This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

This Human IgG4 isotype control recombinant antibody has been tested against selected species' cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity. Furthermore, this low endotoxin Human IgG1 antibody is suitable for in vivo applications and each lot is IMPACT I certified.

Clone IB4 in the SPLEPG configuration (S228P/L235E/P329G) is a human IgG4 isotype control with stabilised hinge and silenced Fc effector function, giving a robust effector-dead negative reference. Because IB4 SPLEPG has no relevant target, it provides the background and gating baseline that distinguishes specific engagement from scaffold signal in flow cytometry and functional assays. The anti-IgG4 control clone IB4 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent.
