Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) drives proliferative and survival signaling and remains one of the most studied oncology targets. Built around human EGFR, our research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of imgatuzumab, expressed as a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal for research use only (RUO). It is formulated to a low-endotoxin standard that meets the demands of in vivo work and is produced in flexible milligram to gram batches that suit bulk and high-throughput pipelines. Typical uses span receptor-binding and blocking assays, ADCC studies, in vitro screening, and in vivo tumor models, where it functions as a reliable comparator during biologics characterization.
