Vimentin (VIM) is an intermediate-filament protein with roles in epithelial-mesenchymal transition and tumor invasion. This research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pritumumab, generated in CHO cells against human VIM. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports cell-surface and intracellular vimentin-binding assays, functional characterization, in vitro screening, and preclinical tumor models. Reliable batch-to-batch consistency suits laboratories running extended experimental campaigns.
