Interleukin-31 is a key driver of pruritus and inflammatory itch signaling, and in companion animals it underpins chronic dermatitis research. Recognizing canine IL-31, this veterinary research analog of lokivetmab is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic recombinant antibody (IgG2, kappa) supplied for research use only (RUO). It is formulated to a low-endotoxin specification compatible with in vivo experimentation and manufactured in flexible milligram to gram quantities to serve heavy-usage and high-throughput facilities. Typical applications include cytokine-neutralization assays, in vitro mechanistic screening, and in vivo canine models of allergic and pruritic skin disease, where a consistent reference reagent is required.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
