ACVR1 (ALK2) is a BMP type-I receptor implicated in heterotopic ossification and fibrodysplasia research. This unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog of prafnosbart, generated in CHO cells against human ACVR1. Released for research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It is appropriate for receptor-signaling and blockade assays, BMP-pathway studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of bone and connective-tissue disorders. Stringent purification supports robust, repeatable readouts in resource-intensive studies.
