Microtubule-associated protein tau (MAPT) aggregates are central to tauopathies and neurodegeneration research. This research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of posdinemab, expressed in CHO cells against human MAPT. For research use only, it is prepared to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports tau-binding and aggregation assays, functional characterization, immunodepletion studies, and preclinical models of Alzheimer's disease and related tauopathies. Uniform quality across lots underpins confident comparisons in long-running projects.
