ITGAL (CD11a, the LFA-1 alpha chain) mediates leukocyte adhesion and immune-synapse formation. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of odulimomab, expressed in CHO cells against human ITGAL and supplied as an F(ab')2 fragment derived from a human IgG1 framework. For research use only, it is purified to a low-endotoxin specification suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The bivalent fragment format, lacking an Fc region, is useful for adhesion-blockade and functional assays where Fc-mediated effects are undesirable.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
