MS4A1 (CD20) is a B-lineage surface protein and one of the most extensively targeted antigens in immunology research. This unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog of ocaratuzumab, expressed in CHO cells against human MS4A1. Supplied for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) lots to support high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. Researchers apply it in B-cell depletion studies, ADCC and CDC assays, functional characterization, and preclinical models of B-cell biology. Consistent lot-to-lot performance makes it dependable for repeated, large-scale experimentation.
