Background
OX40 (CD134) is a TNF-receptor-superfamily co-stimulatory molecule on activated T cells that enhances proliferation and effector differentiation, central to T-cell immunology research. Clone IB9 is a human IgG2 monoclonal antibody against human OX40, well suited to functional assays examining co-stimulatory signalling and T-cell activation. Anti-OX40 clone IB9 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format appropriate for in vivo use and is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Provided for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent, IB9 offers dependable, lot-to-lot consistent performance for immuno-oncology and T-cell biology studies.
