IGHE (the immunoglobulin epsilon heavy chain, the constant region of IgE) is a defining target in allergy and atopic-disease research. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ozureprubart, produced in CHO cells against human IGHE. Released for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to IgE-blockade assays, mast-cell and basophil functional studies, and preclinical models of allergic inflammation. The format is optimized for reproducible results across high-volume study designs.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
