FCER2 (CD23), the low-affinity IgE receptor, helps regulate B-cell activation and allergic immune responses, making it a target of interest in immunology research. This research-grade anti-human FCER2 recombinant monoclonal (IgG1, kappa) is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lumiliximab supplied for research use only (RUO). Endotoxin is kept low to permit in vivo studies, and the antibody is manufactured at scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratory pipelines. It is suited to use as a reference control and functional reagent across in vitro B-cell and binding assays, ADCC evaluation, and in vivo immunological disease models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
