TNFRSF10B (death receptor 5, DR5) triggers apoptosis when engaged, which has made it a focus of cancer cell-death research. This human IgG1, lambda2 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lexatumumab that binds DR5 for functional studies. Manufactured to a low-endotoxin standard compatible with in vivo experiments, it is offered in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities tailored to bulk and high-throughput laboratories. For research use only (RUO), it can serve as an agonist-style probe and control in apoptosis-induction assays, receptor-clustering experiments, in vitro tumor cell screening, and preclinical oncology models exploring the extrinsic cell-death pathway.
