Background
TIGIT is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T and NK cells that limits cytotoxic activity and counter-regulates CD226 signalling, making it a focal point of tumour immunology. Clone IB16 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody directed against human TIGIT, suitable for functional assays that probe checkpoint engagement and immune-cell activation. Anti-TIGIT clone IB16 is manufactured in a low-endotoxin format appropriate for in vivo use and is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput workflows. Supplied for research use only (RUO) as a non-therapeutic reagent, IB16 delivers reliable lot-to-lot consistency for immuno-oncology and T-cell biology programmes.
Clone
IB16
Specificity
Detects human TIGIT.
