This human IgG1 isotype control pairs the LALA effector-null mutations with the F405L substitution used in controlled Fab-arm exchange, and it is raised against hen egg lysozyme so it lacks any mammalian target. As a negative control it establishes the background and gating reference needed to interpret specific antibody activity in flow cytometry and functional readouts. Matching the IgG1 framework of test reagents, it cleanly separates scaffold-driven effects from true antigen engagement. It comes in a low-endotoxin, in-vivo-suitable format and is manufactured at scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk applications. Provided for research use only.
