When the Fc region is silenced to remove effector function, ADC controls must reproduce that engineering. This human IgG1 kappa isotype control incorporates LALA-PG mutations and targets hen egg lysozyme, an antigen absent from mammalian systems, so it has no specific binding and functions as a negative control. Conjugated with deruxtecan at a high drug-to-antibody ratio of 8 (DAR8), it enables researchers to isolate payload and Fc-silencing effects from target engagement while defining background and gating. Supplied for research use only in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput ADC studies.
