GM-CSF (CSF2) is a hematopoietic and pro-inflammatory cytokine that activates myeloid cells and contributes to autoimmune and inflammatory pathology, a well-established immunology target. Our anti-human CSF2 reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of namilumab, a recombinant IgG1 kappa antibody supplied strictly for research use only (RUO). It is formulated with low endotoxin to remain suitable for in vivo experiments and is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to meet bulk and high-throughput demands. Typical applications include cytokine-neutralization functional assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical models of inflammatory and autoimmune disease.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
