PCSK9 regulates LDL receptor turnover and is a well-established target in lipid metabolism and cardiovascular disease research. Designed around this enzyme, our research-grade anti-PCSK9 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of frovocimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to demanding in vivo standards, the low-endotoxin, ultra-pure formulation is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a neutralizing and blocking reagent for in vitro receptor-recycling assays, in vivo metabolic disease models, and comparative biologics characterization.
