ICAM-1 (ICAM1) is an endothelial and immune-cell adhesion molecule that orchestrates leukocyte adhesion, transmigration, and inflammatory trafficking. This research-grade anti-human ICAM1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of enlimomab, intended for research use only (RUO). Produced to stringent in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet the throughput demands of heavy-usage laboratories. Applications include adhesion-blocking and neutralization assays, in vitro leukocyte-endothelial interaction studies, in vivo models of inflammation and ischemia-reperfusion injury, and reference control use in biologics characterization.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
