Background
GRP78 (BiP/HSPA5) is an endoplasmic-reticulum chaperone that, when surface-expressed on stressed and tumour cells, acts as a signalling hub in cancer and the unfolded-protein response. Clone N88 is a mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody recognizing GRP78 across human, mouse and rat, validated for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, IHC on paraffin sections, immunoprecipitation and Western blot. Anti-GRP78 clone N88 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput studies. With dependable lot-to-lot reproducibility, it is a versatile reagent for cancer biology and ER-stress research.
