KIT (CD117) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that drives mast-cell, hematopoietic-progenitor and germ-cell biology, and its dysregulation is a recurring theme in mastocytosis and oncology research. Supplied as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of barzolvolimab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is for research use only. It is presented in an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation that meets in vivo requirements and is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram amounts for high-throughput laboratories. It supports functional assays, receptor-signaling studies, mast-cell investigations and in vivo models where consistent KIT targeting is essential.
