MET, also called c-Met or HGFR, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that promotes tumour growth and invasion and is an established antibody-drug conjugate target. This recombinant anti-human MET antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of telisotuzumab vedotin, supplied for research use only and provided without its cytotoxic payload. Built to in vivo manufacturing standards and low in endotoxin, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports receptor-binding and internalization assays, in vitro screening, ADC development workflows, and in vivo oncology models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
