The chemokine receptor CCR8 marks tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells and has become a prominent target for selective Treg depletion strategies in cancer research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of azirkitug, a human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody intended strictly for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo-grade specifications with low endotoxin, it is provided in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities so that bulk and high-throughput laboratories can run extended studies without lot variability. It is well suited to functional assays, ADCC evaluation, immune-cell phenotyping and preclinical tumor immunology models exploring CCR8 biology.
