Colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) governs the differentiation, survival and recruitment of macrophages and microglia, making it a focal point in tumor-microenvironment and fibrosis research. This research-grade anti-CSF1R recombinant monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of axatilimab, expressed in CHO cells as a human IgG4-kappa. Built for rigorous preclinical work, it is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories.
