ST2 (IL1RL1) is the receptor for the alarmin IL-33 and a key node in type 2 inflammation studied in asthma and allergic disease research. This anti-human IL1RL1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of astegolimab for research use only. Produced to rigorous in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The reagent is appropriate for receptor-blockade and signalling assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of allergic and inflammatory disease, delivering dependable results.
