Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) glycoproteins are key antigens in research on congenital and immunocompromised CMV infection. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of regavirumab, produced in CHO cells against HCMV. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It functions as a defined reagent for virus-neutralization assays, viral-entry studies, functional characterization, and preclinical CMV models. Its reproducible quality supports demanding workflows that consume reagent at scale.
