CD47 is a widely expressed 'don't-eat-me' signal that suppresses macrophage phagocytosis, a central target across innate-immunity and oncology research. This recombinant anti-human CD47 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of letaplimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional assays, phagocytosis and SIRPα-blockade studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour-immunity models, providing the consistency required for extended, heavy-usage innate-immunity research.
