On activated T cells, PD-1 acts as a cornerstone inhibitory checkpoint and a heavily pursued target in tumour immunology research. This recombinant anti-human PD-1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of enlonstobart, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, checkpoint-blockade and T-cell-activation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo immuno-oncology models, relying on consistent lot-to-lot behaviour for large experimental campaigns.
