Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a receptor tyrosine kinase central to proliferation and survival signaling and one of the most validated oncology targets in research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of becotatug, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is for research use only (RUO). It is supplied low in endotoxin and formulated to in vivo-grade standards, with production scaling from milligram to gram quantities for demanding, high-throughput laboratories. The reagent supports functional assays, receptor-blockade and signaling studies, ADCC analysis, ADC development work and in vivo tumor models centered on EGFR.
