The IL-23 p19 subunit (IL-23A) defines the IL-23 cytokine that sustains Th17 responses and is a major target in psoriasis and inflammatory bowel disease research. Our research-grade anti-human IL-23A recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of tildrakizumab for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to cytokine neutralization assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo models of autoimmune and inflammatory disease as a reproducible reagent.
