ITGA5, the alpha-5 integrin subunit that pairs with beta-1 to form the fibronectin receptor, governs cell adhesion and angiogenesis in development and tumour biology. This anti-human ITGA5 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of volociximab, provided strictly for research use only. Built to demanding in vivo standards and low in endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet the needs of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It supports adhesion and angiogenesis assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo tumour and vascular models as a consistent reagent.
