As a key inhibitory checkpoint, PD-1 limits T-cell responses in tumours and chronic infection, a central node in immuno-oncology research. This recombinant anti-human PD-1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of acrixolimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, checkpoint-blockade and T-cell-reactivation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour models, relying on consistent lot-to-lot performance for large research campaigns.
