Influenza A hemagglutinin (HA) mediates viral attachment and membrane fusion and is the principal antigen for influenza neutralization research. Described here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of sonavibart, a recombinant monoclonal antibody recognizing influenza A HA, intended for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports viral neutralization functional assays, in vitro HA-binding screens, and in vivo influenza challenge models. Reliable batch-to-batch consistency helps standardize comparisons across in vitro and in vivo experiments.
