Sclerostin (SOST) is a negative regulator of Wnt signaling in bone that suppresses osteoblast activity, making it central to skeletal and bone-formation research. Offered here is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of setrusumab, a recombinant anti-sclerostin monoclonal antibody supplied for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and made in scalable milligram to gram quantities for heavy-usage laboratories. The antibody suits sclerostin-neutralization functional assays, in vitro osteoblast-signaling screens, and in vivo models of bone formation and remodeling.
