The Rhesus D (RhD) antigen is a clinically important red-cell surface protein and the principal driver of alloimmunization in hemolytic disease research. Offered here is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of roledumab, an anti-RhD recombinant monoclonal antibody supplied for research use only. The reagent is produced to demanding in vivo standards with low endotoxin and is available in scalable milligram to gram quantities for laboratories running high-throughput or bulk workflows. Typical applications include functional binding assays, erythrocyte-targeting studies, and controlled in vivo models exploring antibody clearance and effector mechanisms. Its scalable supply and batch consistency suit programs that require uniform reagent across many studies.
