FOLR1 (folate receptor alpha) is overexpressed in ovarian and other epithelial cancers and a heavily pursued oncology target. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rinatabart, expressed in CHO cells against human FOLR1. Released for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It is appropriate for antigen-expression profiling, functional binding and internalization assays, in vivo tumor models, and antibody-drug conjugate development. Consistent lot-to-lot performance makes it dependable for repeated, large-scale experimentation.
