Detects human ErbB2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same variable region sequence as the therapeutic antibody Trastuzumab. Our trastuzumab biosimilar is for research use only (RUO).

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Trastuzumab is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with high affinity to the extracellular domain of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein, HER2. Trastuzumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary).

Sterile, clear and colorless liquid with a pH of about 6.0, containing trehalose dihydrate , histidine monohydrate hydrochloride, histidine, polysorbate 20, without preservatives. pH 6.0. BSA and Azide free.

Trastuzumab Biosimilar – Research Grade is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
