Background
GPRC5D is an orphan receptor over-expressed on malignant plasma cells, while CD3 enables T-cell engagement, making the pair a focus of multiple-myeloma research. This bispecific reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of talquetamab that bridges CD3 and GPRC5D and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Researchers apply it in functional assays, T-cell-redirected cytotoxicity studies, defined controls, and in vivo myeloma models that demand reproducible, well-characterised bispecific reagents.
