CD37 is a B-cell-restricted tetraspanin involved in membrane organisation and survival signalling, of interest in B-cell malignancy research. This recombinant anti-human CD37 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of oxelumab, intended for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Researchers use it in functional assays, B-cell binding and effector-function studies, reproducible controls in flow cytometry, and in vivo models of B-lineage disease, with lot-to-lot consistency suited to large, heavy-usage experimental campaigns.
