Background
C-C chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4) directs the trafficking of regulatory and Th2 T cells and is studied across oncology and inflammatory-disease research. Our anti-human CCR4 recombinant monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mogamulizumab, released for research use only (RUO). Produced to in vivo standards, the low-endotoxin material is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It performs well in functional assays, chemotaxis and antibody-dependent cytotoxicity studies, control reagents, and in vivo models of T-cell trafficking and malignancy, providing the consistency required for reproducible immunology research.
