Background
PD-1 and CTLA-4 are complementary inhibitory checkpoints whose combined targeting is a central strategy in immuno-oncology research. This bispecific reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of cadonilimab that simultaneously engages PD-1 and CTLA-4 and is supplied strictly for research use only (RUO). Produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It is useful in functional assays, dual-checkpoint-blockade and T-cell-activation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour models, providing the consistency required for comparative and combination immuno-oncology experiments.
