anti-CD19 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (1D3) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Background
CD19 is a B-lineage co-receptor that modulates B-cell receptor signalling thresholds and is a defining marker across B-cell development. Clone 1D3 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognising mouse CD19, validated for Western blot, functional assays, flow cytometry and immunoprecipitation. Anti-CD19 1D3 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, 1D3 provides consistent, reproducible results for mouse B-cell biology and immunology studies.
