Background
CD19 is a B-lineage co-receptor that modulates B-cell receptor signalling thresholds and is a defining marker across B-cell development. Clone 1D3 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognising mouse CD19, validated for Western blot, functional assays, flow cytometry and immunoprecipitation. Anti-CD19 1D3 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, 1D3 provides consistent, reproducible results for mouse B-cell biology and immunology studies.
