PD-1 is a dominant inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T cells and a cornerstone target for understanding tumour immune evasion. Our research-grade anti-human PD-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pimivalimab for research use only (RUO). Engineered to in vivo manufacturing standards with a low-endotoxin formulation, it is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage research. Typical uses span checkpoint blockade assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo immuno-oncology models, where it acts as a consistent control and reproducible active reagent.
