Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine central to mucosal defense and to the pathology of psoriasis, spondyloarthritis, and other inflammatory conditions. This product is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of roconkibart, an anti-IL-17A recombinant monoclonal antibody intended for research use only and never for therapy. Built to in vivo specifications, the low-endotoxin formulation is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram amounts that comfortably supply bulk and high-throughput programs. It is well suited to cytokine neutralization assays, in vitro inflammation screening, and in vivo disease models where a consistent, reproducible reagent is required.
